Sharpening with a diamond stone To assist you in keeping your Stucky knife sharp, I have created a short sharpening video. This is a work-in-progress and because of a technical problem while filming there are two videos at this time, part one and part two. Together they should assist you in learning the basics of sharpening your knife. You will find that it will get easier with a little practice.
